   Sometimes it is preferable to cater at home, but entertaining or catering for that special occasion 

   can be expensive if you need to hire caterer's all of the time. So, why not take some cooking classes
   to give you the cooking and presentation skills that can make dining at home like dining out.

   Our cooking classes are designed to suit you. We agree with you the dishes you would like to learn 
   to cook and then teach you to prepare those dishes in the class. We can do one-to-one classes, 
   but you can also come with a small group of friends. Classes are held at Compass Court.
  Our courses not only teach you how to cook the dishes, but how to plan ahead and how to plan on the day
  so that everything comes together "just so". 
  Our chef patron, who delivers the courses herself,  is Leith's trained and has worked for L'otolan and at the Forbury

 chef for the day
  If you feel you need help at home to deliver that fine dining experience, we can also provide a chef for the day.
